When you request a quote, GetMedicareSupplementPlans shares the information you submit with third parties so they can respond to your request. This page explains what we share, who receives it and how to control it.

- The service requested and project details you provide
- A record of your consent, including the date, time and disclosure shown
Who we share it with
Service partners
Your request is shared with up to four independent providers that serve your area for the service you selected. These may include:
- Pest control: licensed pest control and termite companies
- Roofing: licensed roofing and gutter contractors
- HVAC: licensed heating, ventilation and air conditioning contractors
- Home services marketplaces and lead networks that route requests to the providers above

Operational vendors
We use vendors for website hosting, email delivery, call tracking, analytics, form security and customer support. They process data only on our behalf and under contract.
Legal and safety
We may disclose information to comply with law, respond to legal process, protect our rights or prevent fraud, or as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
How partners may use your information
Service partners may use your information only to contact you about the service you requested and to provide estimates and services. Once a partner receives your information, its own privacy policy also applies.
Advertising and analytics
We may use cookies and pixels from advertising and analytics providers to measure campaigns and show relevant ads. You can opt out through your browser settings and industry tools such as the Digital Advertising Alliance’s opt-out page. Where required, we honor Global Privacy Control signals.
Your choices
- Do not check the consent box, and call us at (800) 555-0199 instead, if you do not want your request shared automatically
- Request that we stop sharing your information by emailing info@getmedicaresupplementplans.com with “Do Not Sell or Share”
- Opt out of calls and texts as described in our TCPA Consent Disclosure
We will tell partners who already received your information about your opt-out request where possible. You may also need to contact a partner directly to stop its communications.
